Shipping and delivery policy:

  • What are the shipping charges
    A. For deliveries within Bangalore city limits, the delivery costs will be charged hundred rupees. For deliveries outside Bangalore city, the delivery cost is based on the volumetric weight of your order.

B. For deliveries within India the delivery cost is based on the volumetric weight of your order and can also vary depending on the region in India.

C. For International orders (outside India), the delivery cost is based on the volumetric weight of your order and can also vary depending on the region to which it is to be delivered.

  • Where can I receive my order?
    It can be sent to an address selected by you (Ex: home, work, etc. – never a PO Box).
  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    The product will be shipped next day after palcing the order and it will take 2-4 working days to reach you.
  • How will the delivery be done?
    We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
  • Can I track my order?
    Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through email.
  • For the change of shipping address?

 If you want to change the shipping address you have specified on placing the order, you can send us a message at hello@sanatanatech.com clearly mentioning your order number and we will accommodate the change if the goods have not been dispatched from our end.

  • Estimated time to reach?

We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation

 

Refund & Return

  • To arrange for a return use email info@sanatanatech.com. We can only accept returns of unopened kits and products, within 10 days of receipt (for international orders, 30 days from shipment).
  • All returns must include any accessories, manuals, documentation, etc. that shipped with the product.
  • Eligibility for return of modified items is determined on a case-by-case basis; we can not guarantee their eligibility unless it is proven that the issue is related to a manufacturing defect.
  • Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including transit times.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Please contact us before returning any package! We're reasonable people and we hope you are too! Contact us if you have any issues and we'll do our best to help you out!


Cancelling An Order

If you need to cancel an order, please call us immediately at 8884241627. Customer Service is here Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm.

If we are closed when you call, you can leave a message, but due to normal variations in shipping speed, your order may have moved out of a concealable status by the time we get the message. If that is the case, it will not be possible to cancel your order, despite your timely notification of cancellation.
