Frequently Asked Questions


Placing an order at sanatanatech.com is easy. Follow these steps:
Step1: Create your cart
          o Add the items you want to your cart. Make sure quantities are correct.
          o Click Checkout from the cart page.
          o Note: Error messages are displayed in red within the cart. Only parts without errors will be processed through checkout.

Step2: Log in
          o Returning customers with a "Sanatana Techtronics" account should log in.
          o First time, customers should create an account.

Step3: Addresses
          o Enter or edit your Billing and Shipping addresses.
          o Click "Continue Checkout".

Step4: Shipping Options
          o We have a fixed shipping charges considered upon the delivery address and the weight of the parcel.
          o Click "Next".

Step5: Payment Options
          o Select your payment method.
          o Click the "Submit" button.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification with the order details. That’s it! We’ll take it from there.

Complete a Sanatana Techtronics account registration form. All fields marked with a red asterisk must be filled in to process your registration. Then click the "Register" button to complete the registration process. You will receive a message advising that your registration was successful. Be sure to save your user name and password for future reference. If you ever forget your password or user name, you can request it by clicking on the "Forgot your password" link on the My Account log in page.
